Sweet Bee Embroidery Workshop - July 11th
Couldn't load pickup availability
Join Julie from Stones + Glass Designs on July 11th to learn the basics of embroidery while beginning our Sweet Bee design.
During our time together, we’ll cover each of the stitches used in this piece, design elements, and finishing techniques.
Embroidery is meant to be relaxing and meditative, so there’s no need to rush. We’ll complete a comically small portion of the design during the workshop, but you’ll leave with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to finish your piece at home or in your summer travels, along with detailed written instructions and exclusive access to step-by-step video tutorials.
While this workshop is designed with beginners in mind, all skill levels are welcome to join for the creativity, connection, and shared learning.
Your registration includes:
- 3 hours of in-person instruction
- The complete Sweet Bee Embroidery Kit, including all supplies needed to finish the project: 10 skeins of embroidery floss, metallic accent floss, floss bobbins, a 6” bamboo hoop, pre-printed fabric pattern, 2 embroidery needles, needle threader, balloon needle grip, detailed printed instructions, and a project bag.
- Online video tutorials for every stitch and element in the design
-
Access to Julie’s Beginner’s Guide to Embroidery PDF
Class is held on July 11th at Yarn Over from 12:30pm to 3:30pm
