This panel discussion will cover the basic steps of knitting a garment, from how to pick a pattern, yarn selection, body measurements, gauge swatches, sweater math, choosing a size, blocking your garment, and last but not least, the finishing steps of making your garment shine!

There will be time for some questions throughout the presentation, as well as a question period at the end.

Join Darla Erbach, Jen Raymer, and Karen Henderson on this overview journey of how to knit a sweater!

Panel discussion will be at 1pm. Cost is $20 per person

Measurement Station - Sponsored by

 Kim McBrien Evans Designs

Want to knit a sweater that fits? Having the correct measurements is a crucial first step. Have our trained volunteers measure you and fill out your personal card to take with you.

On the card is a QR code that you can go to to find out more about how to use your measurements in sweaters (what the measurements mean in terms of sweater making, what ease is and how to decide how much you want in a sweater, and some other guidance from Indigo Dragonfly.)

There is a cost of $10 per person.
