These little helpers make putting in a life line a breeze. Push the tip of your knitting needle into the hollow tubing to attach. Then simply pull your knitting needle through your work and the tubing will be pulled through. 

Each tin includes 3 different lengths and 1 small piece to use as a stitch stopper.
