Learn to Knit Mittens

Are you a beginner knitter that is ready for the next stage? Want to make your own mitten?

Join Carol at Yarn Over and learn how to make a pair of mittens with an after thought thumb.

Please note this is not a learn to knit class. Students need to know how to knit, purl and do the long tail cast on before starting.

Students have to option of working on two circular needles, double pointed needle or use the magic loop method. Choose your preferred technique.

Materials Needed:

• 3.75mm and 4mm needles
• 100 grams of worsted weight yarn (preferably wool or wool blend)
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle

Classes are on November 15th, 22nd and 29th from 1pm to 3pm.
